1. DEFINITIONSFor the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Slotilda website or services. "Slotilda" includes both the original Malta-based online casino brand and its affiliated entity, Slotilda World.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy accessing or using the Slotilda website or services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONThe User must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Slotilda website or services.

4. LICENSE AND OPERATORSlotilda operates under a license issued by the Maltese Gaming Authority for its original brand and a Curacao license for Slotilda World. The Operator reserves the right to modify or change its licenses at any time.

5. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONSThe User acknowledges that certain countries are restricted from accessing or using the Slotilda website or services, including but not limited to Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, and USA.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND USEThe User must create a unique username and password to access their account. The Operator reserves the right to terminate any account that is deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or to be otherwise unauthorized.

7. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMSAll deposits and withdrawals are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment method and may incur fees. The User acknowledges that withdrawal requests may take up to [X] days to process.

8. WAGERING REQUIREMENTSThe User must comply with all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses or promotions offered by Slotilda. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and/or account closure.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHTAll intellectual property rights in and to the Slotilda website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Slotilda or its affiliates. The User is granted a non-exclusive license to access and use the Slotilda website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn no event will Slotilda be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the Slotilda website or services.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta (for the original brand) and Curacao (for Slotilda World). Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSSlotilda reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. The User acknowledges that it is their responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for updates.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Slotilda and the User with respect to access or use of the Slotilda website or services. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

15. AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERSNo amendment or waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Slotilda.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SLOTILDA WEBSITE OR SERVICES, THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
